"Pretty decent, but customer service was slow"
I ordered from alisonathome.com and the item itself was fine. The only thing was that getting a reply from customer service took a while. I mean, they did get back to me eventually and sorted out my question, so it wasn’t bad exactly, actually, it was okay, just slower than I’d hoped. Overall, not amazing, but not a terrible experience either.

"Wish the packaging had been better"
My order from Alison at Home showed up on time, and the items themselves were fine, so I can’t complain too much there. I just wish the packaging had been handled better, because the box looked rough when it arrived — one corner was torn up and the tape was already coming loose.
Thankfully nothing was damaged, but I did find myself regretting not being a little more cautious before ordering. I’d probably give them another try, but I really hope they pack things more carefully next time.

The description was mostly accurate, but a few parts didn’t quite match what I got. Nothing too major, but I’d definitely look closely and make sure it’s what you need before buying

"Disappointing aftercare and no accountability"
I ordered from Alison at Home the aftercare has been really poor. Once the order was paid for, it felt like getting anyone to take ownership of the issue became a struggle, which is really frustrating as a customer.
I’ve had to chase more than once, only to get slow replies and no proper solution. The problem still hasn’t been sorted, and I don’t think customers should have to keep pushing just to get basic follow-up. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Return was simpler than I thought it’d be"
I had to return something from Alison at Home because it just wasn’t quite right for what I needed. The whole returns process was straightforward, like you follow the steps, send it back, and then just wait a bit basically. I got my refund after a few days and didn’t have to keep chasing anyone, which was a relief. Not much drama at all really, so I’d be happy to order from them again.

I ordered from alisonathome.com and the checkout had that nice, sensible flow I always look for: cart, details, payment, done. No random extra steps popping up, no confusing pages, and nothing that made me second-guess where I was in the process. I put in my details, the payment went through fine, and the confirmation email showed up almost right away. Overall, it was a smooth, straightforward experience and I’d use it again

"I ordered a few bits and..."
I ordered a few bits and the delivery date kept changing, which was really frustrating. I didn’t actually get a proper update until I chased them, and even after that it still arrived late. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I wouldn’t use them again if I needed something to arrive on time.
